by consequence causing a production of insulin. The Insulin takes the superfluous sugar from the blood and transforms it into fat.
This causes a too low blood sugar level and as another consequence we feel strong cravings for more carbohydrates . B) Skipping breakfast: Eating nothing at all for breakfast, our blood sugar level decreases under the normal level, we are hungry and our energy is very low.
Our body reacts with cravings for simple carbohydrates to push up the blood sugar level fast, defeat the hunger and gain energy.
But providing simple carbohydrates, we cause an immediate increase of the blood sugar level and provoque an enormous production of insulin. Again the insulin takes the superfluous
